Our approach to allergen-safe food practices

  • Ingredients

    We use vegan butter, almond milk and oat milk as the base on many of our menu items as well as gluten-free flours and oats.

  • Preparation

    We have an assigned, allergen-friendly prep station and storage corner.

  • Equipment

    We have assigned, allergen-friendly equipment in our kitchen. This includes a gluten-free flat top, toaster, air fryer/oven as well as isolated utensils. We utilize a line refrigerator for ‘allergen orders’, separate compartments for deli meats, sauces, etc. and all gluten-free ingredients are in designated bins and stored away from cross contaminants.

  • Training

    All of our employees have been trained on allergen plate preparations, changing gloves, and using the appropriate cookware/utensils.
